Book Your Cabin Getaway

Matt, thank you for a wonderful stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay your charming historic farmhouse! Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed running around the enclosed backyard. We enjoyed eating in the kitchen nook (never used the dining room) as it afforded an excellent view of the private acres and Blue Ridge Mountain (almost the same view is visible from the hot tub which we also enjoyed), It was the perfect peaceful escape and a relatively short drive from Northern Virginia. The farmhouse is full of character, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The two bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms well-appointed, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare meals whenever we wanted. Communication with Matt was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful from booking through check-out. Check-in was seamless, and we felt completely taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend—Matt is a fantastic host!

Raven's Ridge is beautiful! Inside and out. The home is thoughtfully furnished and decorated. It contained everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen to board games. The beds were so comfortable--that's important to me!--and there were lots of places to sit and read or to spend time with others. The surrounding area is also lovely. We had dogs with us and we loved the looping walk through the woods. I just can't say enough about this place! We would love to return.

Ridgeview retreat was a wonderful place. The house itself is was great. Nicely furnished with a well appointed kitchen. The view from the front deck was amazing while sipping on a cup of coffee. The screened in porch on the back of the house was the perfect place to end the day with a cold drink and good conversation with friends. The property had so many fun things to do for all different ages. We will definitely be booking again in the future as it’s a beautiful location. Our host Matt was very easy to communicate with. He was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Thanks Matt!

Would highly recommend Matt’s home. Super clean….Super comfy beds and linens. Pillows were so comfy we ordered 4 on amazon. Matt laid everything out so nice and neat for us. The coffee area is full stocked as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Each room had its own television and each bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The hot tub was an added bonus along with a beautiful deck that had ample seating with fire pit. Entering and exiting the home was easy. Matt’s directions were so simple and clear. Everything was so cozy, and inviting. It’s AirBnBs like Matt’s that allow us to make awesome memories and moments!!! Thank you Matt!!

I found this place by accident but am so happy I did, because the house is really beautiful and the views of the surrounding nature and river are stunning. I came with a group of 7 for a family vacation, and it was the perfect spot. All the amenities you need are here, and we were able to cook family meals and play games and hang out in the hot tub and by the fire pit, and explore the surrounding areas as well by car. Matt is a nice and very responsive host who made our booking and stay extremely easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend this spot and would come again soon!

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The location was also fantastic, close enough to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and secluded. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making the place welcoming and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
